The list of necessary documents for a contract conclusion

To conclude a contract with JSC”ROSMET” the following documents are needed:

1. A personal tax reference number record
2. Unified State Register of Legal Entities
3. A corporate resolution about designation director general
4. The company code (first 3 pages and the last one)
5. A license (all pages) or a guarantee letter confirming that delivered scrap metal arises in the process of the company production and the company does not have a license for gathering, processing and sale of scrap metal.
6.   Banking, postal and juridical details of the company, name of a director, a document confirming his/her position.
7. Name and a telephone number of a contact person.
